Escrow → verify → approve → pay seller → dispatch. Simple, transparent, and safer.
Request service
Buyer (or seller) submits details: item, value, locations, and what to verify.
Pay to escrow
Buyer pays via Paybill . We hold the funds until approval.
Verification
We inspect the goods based on the buyer’s checklist and share findings (photos/video where possible).
Buyer approval
Buyer approves or rejects based on verification results. Approval triggers seller payout.
Pay the seller
After approval, VeriCentra LTD pays the seller on behalf of the buyer.
Dispatch
We coordinate delivery to the buyer. Dispatch cost is paid by the buyer.
Charges capped at 3%
Dispatch cost is separate and incurred by the buyer.
