1) About VeriCentra LTD

VeriCentra LTD provides escrow holding, goods verification (as requested by the buyer), seller payout upon buyer approval, and dispatch coordination. VeriCentra LTD is not the manufacturer of goods unless explicitly stated.

2) Eligibility

By using our website or submitting a request, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms.

3) Service Process

• Buyer submits a service request with item details and verification requirements.
• Buyer pays funds to VeriCentra LTD via Paybill .
• VeriCentra LTD verifies goods based on the buyer’s checklist (where possible).
• Buyer approves or rejects based on verification outcome.
• Upon approval, VeriCentra LTD pays the seller on behalf of the buyer.
• Dispatch is coordinated to deliver the goods (dispatch cost is paid by the buyer).

4) Fees

VeriCentra LTD charges are capped at 3% of the item price. Dispatch costs are incurred by the buyer. Any additional agreed services (e.g., third-party specialist checks) will be communicated in advance.

5) Verification Scope & Limitations

Verification is performed based on the buyer’s instructions and accessible checks. We do not guarantee hidden defects, future performance, or manufacturer warranty coverage. If specialized testing is required, we may recommend a third party.

6) Dispatch & Delivery

VeriCentra LTD coordinates delivery; actual courier services may be provided by third parties. We will reasonably assist with follow-up, but courier delays, damage, or loss may be subject to the courier’s terms. Consider insurance for high-value items.

7) Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) may be processed after deducting transaction charges and any costs already incurred (verification/logistics). Details will be communicated case-by-case.

8) Prohibited Items & Unlawful Use

You must not use VeriCentra LTD for illegal goods, stolen items, fraud, or unlawful activity. We may report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

9) Communication via WhatsApp

Requests may be submitted via WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a third-party platform and may have its own terms and privacy policies.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeriCentra LTD shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid for the specific transaction.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be handled under Kenyan jurisdiction.
